Q: Can I change the frequency with which I receive my Prilosec OTC samples?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot change the frequency. All Prilosec OTC samples will be delivered on a monthly basis. You can change other aspects of your order, however, by Editing Your Profile.

Q: Can I request more samples per month?
A: At this time, we cannot offer additional samples per month. We might reevaluate this limit in the future if we find it is not sufficient.

Q: If my order is set to auto-replenish, will it automatically renew my order at the end of the six months?
A: No. Auto-replenish means that you will receive the same sample order each month for six months. You will still need to renew your order at the end of that six months. If your order is not set to auto-replenish, then you will receive a one-time sample shipment. You can modify your current order by Editing Your Profile.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of times I can renew my order?
A: No, at this time, there is no limit. As long as the current professional sampling program is active, you may continue renewing at the end of each six-month ordering cycle.

A: Absolutely. You may change the mailing address by simply Editing Your Profile.

A: We are making free samples of Prilosec OTC available only to certain types of healthcare professionals. If your specialty is not in the dropdown menu, that most likely means we did not consider your physician specialty eligible due to relevance. If you disagree, please contact us and let us know, so we can consider your request.

A: The professional sampling program for Prilosec OTC is available to NPs, PAs, and pharmacies with a valid DEA #. Physicians must use their ME # to order samples.
