Led all three teams (Clint Bowyer, Jeff Burton and Kevin Harvick) to NASCAR's Chase for the Cup in 2007 — it was the first time all three RCR teams qualified for NASCAR's 10-race playoff format since the concept was introduced for the 2004 season.
Guided Clint Bowyer to his first Cup Series career win at New Hampshire in 2007.
Helped steer the teams of Kevin Harvick and Jeff Burton to RCR's first berth in the Chase for the Cup in 2006.
